Use http://www.blogger.com. You write/blog under a user name, not your real name. Creating a profile with photo and all that is optional. You have to advertise your site if you want people to go to it regularly. You can advertise it on free things MySpace, or related sites that would contain your link (that might not be free).

Wait until you have an idea for a blog. Something that everyone has or does will be boring. Or write about your opinions on a topic that you’re very … opinionated about. Like if you think killing animals is murder, write about how wrong it is to be killing animals, or write about how messed up people are nowadays if you think they are, or just something that represents your views on whatever topic.
